These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration and click to confirm your agreement. Any subsequent revision takes effect from the date we notify you by email, and continued use of your account after that date counts as acceptance.

We can update these terms at any time, but we will always notify you by email at least 7 days before a material change comes into force. Minor corrections — such as fixing a typographical error — may be applied immediately without advance notice.

If you do not wish to accept a revised term, you may close your account before the change takes effect and we will process any pending withdrawals to your UPI or Paytm account in the normal timeframe. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date confirms your acceptance.

Yes. Access to and eligibility for our services depends on the laws applicable in your state or territory. These terms do not override local law — where local law prohibits participation, you are not entitled to use the platform regardless of account status.

All disputes must first go through our internal resolution process: submit your concern in writing to our support team, and we will respond with a formal position within 5 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, the terms set out the escalation path available to you.

Yes, we may suspend or permanently close an account that breaches these terms. We will send a written explanation to your registered email within a reasonable period and, where no breach of security is involved, will process any withdrawable balance to your PhonePe, UPI, or Paytm account.
